Ohio Quit

The Ohio Quits program consists of two main elements:

FREE QUIT LINE: 1-800-QUIT-NOW

The Ohio Hispanic Coalition helps refer Latino Ohio residents to OTPF’s free hotline: Ohio Tobacco QUIT LINE. This hotline provides individualized tobacco-quitting guidance in Spanish from trained, experienced counselors. If you want to enroll to this program, please call 1-800-784-8669 and make a positive change in your life! or fill your information on this form.

QUIT KITS

For all healthcare providers the QUIT KIT is a complete package of resource materials for all healthcare providers with the necessary information they need to refer patients to the FREE Ohio Tobacco QUIT LINE.
