Expanding, Uniting & Empowering

Latinos in Finance, a statewide, 8-week training workforce development program to prepare bilingual job-seeker for customer-facing roles in banks and credit unions. OHCO provided financial education and professional development to empower 113 participants with access to quality jobs for the economic advancement among Ohio's Latino communities.

​The Latinos in Finance program not only opens doors to quality job opportunities but also fosters economic empowerment by connecting participants with mentors, and industry leaders.

  • 18+ and able to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish)
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • No criminal record
  • Retail or cash handling experience
